Strong
Ave. Studio is proud to offer an Intro to Comic Book Drawing
Class to young artists ages 10-15 years of age here in
the KC Metro area! These are non-graded/informal classes
is an informal class with a few rules but the rest is all
fun!
We will show a bunch of Amigoman art work, give demos, answer tons
of questions and provide the basics of how the pros do it! How advanced
you become is up to you! We do our best to help your artistic comic
book skills grow! Its fun and easy! |

The Strong
Ave. Studio Comic Book Art Class course explores the
expansive and exciting world of comic book stories and
drawing styles. Students will learn to draw and create
original characters as well as the AMIGOMAN comic book
character. Students will learn the techniques and materials
used to create professional comic art. This course teaches
layout, penciling with the possibility with experimenting
in inking. All classes are set in a supportive class
setting at the VALA GALLERY/STUDIOS in Mission, KS. While
learning the essential elements of comic book creation
and design, students also will explore the diverse styles
of traditional and contemporary comics. Taught by Anthony
Oropeza or a selected Strong Ave. Studios Creative.
